The Sprint Venue and hotels for both weeks will be within the Barceló Maya Grand Resort
The sprint meeting venue for both weeks is:

We are researching shuttle bus and transfer options from the airport to the hotel. We will update Indico once we have confirmed information - this will be once flights are booked.
Accommodation
Sprint accommodation is booked centrally, you do NOT need to ask the travel agency to book your hotel.

Check-out: 12:00 pm
Anyone that chooses to bring children will also be staying at the Beach/Caribe.
There is luggage storage available and guests can enjoy some of the hotel's facilities after check-out.

Meals
This is an all-inclusive resort - all food and drinks are included in the room rate.
Breakfast and Lunch - Miramar Buffet Restaurant is open daily from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. All Barceló Maya Riviera guests will eat here.
Dinner - own arrangements within the resort. There are 16 restaurants and 15 bars to choose from. All the à la carte restaurants require prior reservations and have a dress code. All restaurants and the buffet are included in your all inclusive rate.
Alcohol will not be available for sprint attendees during sprint hours.
Check out the resort website for options within the Barceló Maya Riviera hotel, and other hotels in the resort (all options are accessible by the Barceló Maya Riviera guests).
There are no additional meal allowances allowed during the sprint.
For your travel days before/after the event there is a maximum meal allowance of:
Breakfast - $25 USD
Lunch - $35 USD
Dinner - $60 USD
An itemised receipt must be included.
Dress Code
There is no formal dress code during Canonical Sprints. Please bring layers to allow for the different temperatures inside/outside.
However, all the à la carte restaurants enforce a dress code:
Restaurant Dress code: Formal shorts are allowed. Flip-flops and swimsuits are not permitted. As for footwear, closed shoes, tennis shoes or similar are accepted. Formal sandals are also permitted. This regulation applies to all restaurants, except for the following: Brasserie at Barceló Maya Palace and La Comedie at Barceló Maya Riviera.
Parking
The Barceló Maya Riviera - Adults Only offers parking at no additional cost for hotel guests.
