Travel Timings
Please note that the EES (Entry/Exit System) will be in affect for this sprint, allow additional time to pass security at any EU borders. More details can be found here.
Please aim to arrive the day before your event. Saturday arrivals will only be covered by Canonical if your journey (flights plus layovers) is 20 hours+ or if there are no available flights on Sunday.
Product Roadmap Sprint: Sunday 3 May arrival. There will be an optional welcome reception at 18:30 on this day.
HR Induction Sprint (managers): Monday 4 May arrival

Engineering Sprint: Sunday 10 May arrival. There will be an optional welcome reception at 18:30 on this day.
There will be welcome receptions from 6:30pm on Sunday 3 May and 10 May - these are not mandatory, but are a great opportunity to grab your badge and catch up with colleagues before the sprint begins.
The closing plenaries will end at 4pm on Friday 8 May and 4:30pm on Friday 15 May. Please do not book flights that require you to leave the hotel before this time.
